Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.

Stats:
Before: April 1st, 2006 – 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 – 186 lbs.

For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious – I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

So, I started my diet at 15 weeks out from the contest date. I used a normal 5 day training split. My diet was very strict with the exception of one cheat meal every week. I used a carbohydrate cycling program – 2 days of moderate carbs and moderate protein followed by two days of low carbs and high protein. However, Lipo-6 was the key ingredient to my success. Lipo-6 helped me burn off the fat while giving me the energy to get through my workouts (especially on no carbs!)!!

After exactly 15 weeks, I stepped on the scale the day of the competition. Down from 230 pounds – I now weighed 186!!! I ended up taking third place in the light-heavy weights.

All I have to say is thank you. 10 weeks ago i was obese, and then when i decided to get in shape, i also decided to use Lipo 6. My story starts January 12, 2006. My name is Jeff Melchior, from Livingston Louisiana. I am a 25 year old 362 pound male, with a new found love for working out. As a music teacher, I sit at a piano most of my day and after 5 years of that…my body was a mess. I recently decided to try Lipo-6. I started like 2 weeks ago. I have not changed my diet. Hello, I just wanted to let you know how well your product has worked for me! You product has completely changed my life! I am a 36 year old male. Before I started taking your product, I was weighing in at a whopping 277 pounds and 54% body fat! I used to be in very good condition, but over the years I just stopped. I’m writing you to “Thank You” for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I’m only 5′8″ tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. I wanted to make a lifestyle change not just a diet for a couple of months just to fail as most fad diets do at some point or another. I did a lot of research that day to better understand what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. I developed a plan to eat 5-6 small meals a day and to put in at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5 days a week. I still took in 2000 calories on average and planned a cheat day once per week to allow myself to enjoy whatever foods I wanted. I also did a lot of research on NUTREX that day. I must admit, I was very skeptical about believing in LIPO 6 initially. I paid a visit to my local GNC and bought a bottle anyway. That later turned out to be a very, very, smart move. I started taking the recommended dosage on January 18, 2006 and worked my way up to the maximum dosage after a few days. My body fat percentage was at 31% at this time. I had a long way to go to get below 200lbs. I stuck with my plan and it was well worth it. Preparing my food each night, exercising regularly, and feeling great about myself are now nothing more than everyday life. My lifestyle change is now a success. As of today, May 31, 2006, I have lost an amazing 69lbs and weigh 177lbs!! My body fat percentage is now 13%, an 18% difference!! That is absolutely amazing to me!! I no longer have trouble walking up a flight of stairs, working in my garden, or running around with my 3-year-old daughter. My blood pressure has dropped to normal, my cholesterol is near perfect, and I truly feel wonderful each and every day. My goal is to reach 8% body fat so I have a little ways to go, but not near as far as I did in January. I’m currently lifting weights more and cycling on and off of VITRIX.
