Green tea is good for you and helps to rev you up while suppressing your appitite. Planned Parenthood offers dr visits without telling anyone., even if you have insurance. Just let them know that it's a privacy matter. and you just want some information. It should also be free. Or maybe call your doctor and ask upfront if he' or she will not tell your mom. Good luck.
