@slashsnakeprick If you eat less, you’re slowing down your metabolism. You’re suppose to eat every 3 hours, with healthy food, like fruits and vegs. If you eat a lot less you’re slowing down your metabolism a lot and when you start eating a lot again you’ll gain it all back quicker. :)

Well apart from how dashing you look, i would like to let you know how ireally love your accent, im kinda struggled with weight for numerous year,s,i lacked will power but realized you do need to train your brain,i totally agree shortcuts come with disadvantage and since i aint earning 6 number salary i cant afford to buy…your videos are intrigueing, motivatational and deeply honest for that only you get a merit, well done.

weight is different than fitness. muscle weighs more so dont concentrate on what is on the scale. also cut your carbs down (dont eliminate them totally though) NO BREAD
