@ACbonscottDC I’m not gonna get into semantics with you. For the record just putting it out there that there are SKINNY binge eaters! And don’t play yourself and assume you know more about this topic than me. Obviously I at times suffer from ednos if I’m watching this fucking video : P

@Merdenoms When people restrict after a binge, its called Bulemia, look it up! And by the way, I know a lot more than you probably do about eating disorders, since i’ve struggled with 2 before (including BED)

@ACbonscottDC Wow you really know nothing about the disorder. It affects skinny, fat individuals. Some people binge then restrict days or weeks afterwards then they’ might have another binge ep repeating this crazy cycle. Others binge then return to “normal” eating intil they have an binge ep.

Hunny..put a few pounds on, and try a”beckham” haircut. You would look blazin! (You look good now but..) Anyway, just eat the right foods in sane portions, excercise and don’t starve yourself or diet..just eat right. 5 small meals a day and lots of fresh h20. Why do so many women think they need to be skinny to look good? Don’t be fat, but a little puge is fine. Men don’t judge you anywhere near as harshly as you think. Last: Invite GOD into your heart & hand over your issues to HIM. J.C. help

13 lbs in 6 months is actually a very good rate may even b considered a slow rate to lose weight at. definitely not indicative of a disorder. A good rate is actually abt 2-3 per week and u were losing dat in like a month.

Meredith. I have had this disorder for 17 yrs. It started for me age 17. I had been carrying this problem all on my own for that time until recently. I’ve recently read a book called “Overcoming binge eating” by dr. Christopher G Fairburn. It explains alot about why people like you and me have this problem. I also understand the point about not wanting to give up dieting. I started the eating plan as suggested in this book and so far it’s been working for me. Maybe it could work for you 2.

don’t worry buddy, we’re in the same boat. what she described about her freshman (freshwoman?) year is exactly what I had planned for my next year when I get back to univ. Now I have doubts about it. but at the same time it’s just as you say: how do normal people do it? fuck… good luck to you. We’ll get over it in time.

Hi, the best tio i was ever given was to gather up all the food you feel your going to binge off an cover it in washing up liquid. if you can catch it early enough it really works

July 29, 2010 9:21 pm

our stories are identical, which makes me feel better and I hope you do too!

It’s so vicious, I have gained 30 lbs in six months, which took me years to lose, on a 6 foot frame. The “whittling” process is associated with so much fear, anxiety and self-criticism. The gaining process is guilt. Where is the happy medium here? How do the normal people do it? Just have their breakfast, lunch and dinner and get on with their day? My day is stuck..I hope you have unstuck yours.

you look grate i have binge eating disorder 2 i know how it feels

July 29, 2010 10:18 pm

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

I wouldn’t worry about gaining a few pounds if you’ve been exercising. Muscle weighs more than fat. I think a better thing to do is measure your waist.
