I would like to remind you that the inventor of jogging died at 52 after a healthy jog. Plz check google on this if you dont belief me.

I have a car, but I still jog.

I like the fact that when I jog, I know I am doing something better for my body by lowering my risks of CAD and other diseases that will be more likely in people like you.

more of a body builder its more fun than running and you can see your body change (good when its coming up to beach season hehe) lol well any way back to the point i have been reading that a person cant do cv cardio and wight’s at the same time for some reason is this true of the it just a hoske what i mean by the same time is 1 hour cadio 1 wights X2 write back thanks.
