This is actually pretty nice. I hurt one of my lumbar vertebrae a couple years ago in basic training and have been uncomfortable doing any ab exercises that I knew. Just did the 3 sets of 15 and felt muscles I haven’t used in years.
Perhaps you should try a low table, with your body in horizontal position. Then contract your abs, when they’re fully contracted you’re in the highest position. Then lower your body somewhat lower then horizontal, but keep the tention on the muscle. Do it again. 3-4 Sets of 8-15 reps will be OK. Sure you can do more reps, but higher reps will NOT build musclemass! If you exceed 15 reps try to focus on form and hold still for a moment when fully contracted.
yo i tried it, i mean felta bit of fatigue but im not sure it was what i was supposed to feel perhaps my elevation is to high cuz i wasnt able to creat an arch with my body coming up.
different though.
