fruit best taken in the morning, especially citrus fruits. (eg Lemons) bananas are best taken towards the end of the day to fuel your body while you sleep and prevent muscle catabolism

I have been exercising 5 weeks now I weigh 153lbs 17% bf, I am trying to gain muscle and lose body fat, I do weights 3 times a week, and skip for 45 minutes 3 times a week for my cardio. I try to eat 2150 Cals a week with a 40 pro, 50 carb and 10 percent fat ratio. I have not gained a single pound? Would you recommend seeing a personal trainer about my diet as it’s getting frustrating.

very helpful, u r very cute too :) thanks for all the tips, im glad some people actually like to help, without expecting something in return, good job….question tho, im a highschooler too, and i cheer after school everryyyy dayyyy (except weekends) so is it ok if i eat like, a ham sandwich and cheese on 100 calorie wheat thins…i just want your input..i eat very healthy, keep track of my calorie consumption in a journal, and i usually eat a protein bar, yogurt (yumm! :) , apple. :) w/ sandwich

@cynwickedcool I’m not an expert, but try to eat meat during dinner, drink milk, eat cheese as a snack, ect. Just try to get protein into your body whenever you eat.

Hey great vid, my problem is mostly losing the stubborn weigh on the side of midsection. i find that if i lose weight i also lose it on my legs and arms and that doest help. So here’s my question, what foods would you suggest i include in my diet that will help me lose fat around my waist.
Any specific nutrients?
Maybe foods i should take out?

I’m really starting to care about my body, and I really want to achieve the “ottermode” bodytype. Between this and the correct workouts, I’ll hopefully get it in a few months.

hey i got your message and i had some free time to check out your video today and i liked it. meaning i clicked the thumbs up. i have a favor to ask. for a lazy guy like me, this is great info. but i would like you to make a video that goes into more detail on one category. the junk food part. i do eat junk food, but i promise to stop now haha. but how bout ice cream or packaged pistachios, cashews, almonds. or give some good snacks or make a list i can check to make sure im on track. Thanks!!

@Ac1d147 he means eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, its better to eat less in 1 go than stuff yourself which will just bloat your stomach and make you fatter, your body will recover after workouts more effectively and you will burn more calories by eating smaller meals…try it and see the results for yourself.
